Plot

Parapaar is set in December 2012 in the backdrop of the "Nirbhaya" incident in Delhi, when the entire country rose up in protest against the atrocities perpetuated against women and pronounced the verdict of hanging the miscreants in unison. The film starts with Rudranath Chatterjee (Ahmed Reza Rubel) who returns home after serving a jail term for alleged rape and murder. It also explores the journey of the protagonist who needs to set the records straight and discover the truth for himself.
